Ten Basic Punches Required For Martial Arts In The Initial Stage

In Kung Fu martial arts, we have a variety of punches. These punches can be done using the hands alone and these need to be done Powerfully as well.

It is a need to learn punches and easy to use. It is beneficial when you stand close and fight the opponent. Keep your body a little relaxed while doing this and also be ready and careful on the target.

All the punches should be done from the horse stance position. When you are on a horse stance, close your fist and bring it to the side of your waist. Your fist should be in a horizontal position and your thumb should be crossed over your first two fingers.

Standing and practicing horse stance position will strengthen your leg thigh and pelvis and also your balance. The strength of your body will increase and thereby your body will be stable.

Practicing it a lot of times also increases the strength of your punch.

It is advisable to use the shadow fighting method when you practice it for the first time. (i.e) imagine the opponent opposite and practice punching.
